Unite Against Fascism (or UAF) likes to portray itself as edgy and militant organisation, committed to fighting The EDL and BNP. Problem is, with members giving hollow cries of “smash the fash” as they wave placards from car parks on opposite ends of town, they do nothing but contribute to the notion that anti-fascism is failing and the streets are commanded by the far-right.
